Since the CCB buildings were built in the 1970’s, they have many mechanical systems not found in more modern buildings. Jim and his crew perform preventative maintenance on every mechanical system on a monthly basis as well as all snow removal. Jim, along with two of his crew members, rotate a 24 hour call schedule. CCB falls under many Government agencies so the maintenance team also ensures that the buildings are prepared for various MassHousing Property Management Reviews, REAC federal inspections, Brookline Housing Authority Inspections, State Elevator Inspections and Fire Department Inspections.
