Our goal is to provide you with a lifestyle that is customized to your interests and needs.

Social Worker Staff

A staff of social workers is available at Center Communities of Brookline to assist residents with personal concerns. Residents can receive assistance with home care services, adjustment issues, ABCD fuel assistance, Medicare and Medicaid, Social Security, Food Stamps, volunteer services, caregiver support, long-term care planning, counseling information and referrals and Brookline Housing Authority re-certifications. These services are provided at no cost to CCB residents.


Imagine dining in a penthouse restaurant overlooking the Boston skyline! Center Communities of Brookline offers its residents a nutritious, attractive and flexible meal plan in a beautiful setting. Lunch and dinner are served Monday through Friday and a brunch is available on Sundays in the dining room at 100 Centre Street. Residents of 1550 Beacon Street can dine on Centre Street or have their meals delivered to their apartment. Residents are billed monthly for the meal plan they choose.

There is also a resident-run café at 1550 Beacon Street that offers lunch three times per week.


Transportation is provided to all off-site CCB sponsored activities. In addition, residents can take advantage of multiple trips per week to supermarkets and local malls.
