At Hebrew Rehabilitation Center we are committed to providing the highest quality health-care services to our residents, patients and to seniors living in the community. Our aim is to make sure that the individuals we serve enjoy the best quality of life possible while in our care.

We provide:

  • A 625-bed long-term care facility
  • A 46-bed Medical Acute Care Unit (MACU) for seniors requiring extended medical and rehabilitative care to treat complex medical conditions, or multiple acute or chronic illnesses
  • A 50-bed Rehabilitative Services Unit (RSU) for seniors requiring short-term, skilled nursing care and rehabilitation following an acute hospital stay
  • Outpatient clinics in audiology, exercise, memory disorders, osteoporosis screening, physiatry, and physical and occupational therapy
  • An Adult day health program that offers a structured, safe environment for seniors who still live at home, but require support while their family caregivers work or attend to other responsibilities
  • A comphensive home health-care service for community-based seniors that offers nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and home health aide assistance
