Men's Associates

Financial support through fundraising activities
The Men's Associates' major fundraisers are its Cards & Cordials event and Golf Tournament. These activities provide the business community and individuals with the opportunity to support Hebrew SeniorLife. Both the Golf Tournament and Cards & Cordials promote business development and networking while benefiting Hebrew SeniorLife's Institute for Aging Research. The Men's Associates has endowed a geriatric research fellowship that enables the Institute to expand its scope of research.

Leadership development and training
Involvement with the Men's Associates occurs at many levels. Participation may include committee work to help plan events, hands-on volunteering with Hebrew Rehabilitation Center residents, or supporting other Auxiliary Services programming with participation and/or financial commitment. Within a non-profit, health-care environment, board members and committee volunteers can also benefit from ongoing leadership development and networking opportunities.

Community outreach and education
Educating the community about Hebrew SeniorLife's services and programs is a major priority of the Men's Associates. As new programs and initiatives develop, the Men's Associates plays a key role in sharing information with our local residential and business communities. Utilizing the organization's Speakers Bureau, the Men's Associates promotes outreach to new groups through seminars and social activities.
