 For optimal convenience, the NewBridge Apartments are located within the Carl J. and Ruth Shapiro Community Center and two adjacent buildings just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. These homes offer cozy and innovative floor plans ranging from nearly 1,000 to just over 2,000 square feet. They feature gourmet kitchens, nine-foot ceilings, and expansive windows providing exceptional views of the meadows, gardens and courtyards.
 All one level apartments have access to underground parking spaces and spacious storage lockers, while other features include screened-in porches, fireplaces, and a great room.

One Bedroom Den “A” Floor Plan Sample: At just over 1,000 square feet (1,041), this floor plan provides the basic amenities including one bedroom and a separate den area. One-and-a-half baths increases the ease of entertaining.
Two Bedroom Floor Plan or Two Bedroom Great Room “A” Floor Plan Sample: Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath option, the 1,219 square foot floor plan also includes a fireplace and porch, while the slightly larger 1,632 square foot option contains the amenities of the 1,219 floor plan in addition to a great room.
