The Art of NewBridge

Art can dramatically transform an environment and bring a sense of well-being, optimism, and belonging. Art has longed played a central role throughout the history of Hebrew SeniorLife, and "The Art of NewBridge" is continuing this valued tradition with an ongoing multi-faceted series of gallery showings, events, lectures, workshops, and museum tours throughout the campus.

The Art of NewBridge is a shared initiative among the campus team, residents, and local artists. More than 1,000 pieces of original art  hang on the walls - appreciated and admired by residents, visitors, and staff every day. The NewBridge campus also features an expansive art studio, which offers a variety of educational initiatives and encourages its members to "try something new."  Classes are offered in water color, oils, pastels, sculpting.  An adjacent  hobby shop provides a venue for classes in woodworking, jewelry making and ceramics.
