Directions
From 95/128 Northbound and Southbound:
- From Rte. 95/128, take exit 17 (Rte. 135)
- At the end of the exit ramp:
- If traveling North, take a left onto Rte 135/West Street, heading towards Dedham Square. At the traffic light, take a left onto NewBridge Way
- If traveling South, take a right onto Rte. 135/West Street, heading towards Dedham Square. At the third traffic light, take a left onto NewBridge Way
- Follow NewBridge Way approximately a half mile and take a right onto Great Meadow Road
- Find the building on campus
- Independent Living is at 5000 Great Meadow Road - the 2nd driveway
- Health Care Center is at 7000 Great Meadow Road - the 5th parking lot, with awning
- Assisted Living entrance is at 6000 Great Meadow Road - 3/4 of the way around the bend, directly across from the ball fields
From The Mass Pike:
- Take Massachusetts Turnpike to exit 15 (Rte. 95/128 South)
- Take 95/128 South to exit 17 (Rte. 135)
- Take a right onto Rte. 135/West Street, heading towards Dedham Square. At the third traffic light, take a left onto NewBridge Way. Follow NewBridge Way approximately a half mile and take a right onto Great Meadow Road
- Find the building on campus
- Independent Living is at 5000 Great Meadow Road - the 2nd driveway
- Health Care Center is at 7000 Great Meadow Road - the 5th parking lot, with awning
- Assisted Living entrance is at 6000 Great Meadow Road - 3/4 of the way around the bend, directly across from the ball fields
From VFW Parkway/Route 109 Outbound:
- Heading outbound from the city, take the VFW Parkway to Rte. 109/Spring Street
- Turn right onto RT 109. Drive for 1.5 miles
- Turn right onto Common Street and continue for approximately 1 mile
- Veer left (Common Street becomes West Street), drive for .1 mile
- At the traffic light, turn right onto NewBridge Way, the entrance is marked with a NewBridge on the Charles sign
- Follow NewBridge Way approximately a half mile and take a right onto Great Meadow Road
- Find the building on campus
- Independent Living is at 5000 Great Meadow Road - the 2nd driveway
