An important advantage of living at NewBridge on the Charles is access to Hebrew SeniorLife’s senior care services continuum. An affiliate of Harvard Medical School, Hebrew SeniorLife offers a system of comprehensive senior health care services designed to provide individualized care plans. These care plans integrate a deep sense of community with outpatient clinical care, in-home health care, chronic and medically acute care, and hospice care. As a NewBridge resident, it is our highest priority to promote your health and wellbeing, help you reach your full potential for enjoying life, and achieve the best you can be in mind, body, and spirit.
Outpatient clinical care is provided by the Hebrew SeniorLife Medical Group located in the Gloria Adelson Field Health Care Center on the NewBridge Campus. A Chronic Care Program is offered at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center (HRC), also located on the NewBridge Campus in Dedham. Post-acute care is offered in the Rehabilitative Services Unit located at HRC in Boston and Dedham.
