Programming is the heart and soul of Memory Care Assisted Living at NewBridge on the Charles. Through each hour of our carefully planned day, residents experience feelings of validation, self worth and joy. The goal of our therapeutic programming is to capitalize on the strengths and skills of our residents to create a feeling of success that carries them throughout the course of their day.
Our team of Masters-level expressive art therapists offers a strong emphasis on the arts: music, movement, visual art, poetry and drama. These outlets provide opportunities for creative and personal expression, even as verbal skills diminish. The focus is on the benefits that come from the process of the experience, rather than on the outcome.
