Award-Winning Daily Programming

Programming is the heart and soul of Memory Care Assisted Living at NewBridge on the Charles. Our therapeutic programming team creates individualized goals for each resident. Then, we meet daily to discuss resident changes and what we can adjust for each to maximize wellness. With 12 to 18 different small group programs running daily, we are able to customize the experience of each resident, offering choice and variety based on interests and cognitive level. This is augmented with outings to museums, parks, and other Boston-area destinations. View latest monthly calendars.

Our team led by masters-level expressive therapists offers a strong emphasis on the arts: music, movement, visual art, poetry, and drama. These outlets provide opportunities for creative and personal expression, even as verbal skills diminish. We strike a balance between simplifying our language to ensure success while also honoring the dignity and intellect of each individual.
