The NewBridge on the Charles Assisted Living program fosters a deep sense of community and home-away-from-home compassionate environment for seniors who can no longer live on their own. Our residents are part of the unparalleled continuum of care sponsored by Hebrew SeniorLife, one of the nation's premier senior care organizations and an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
Assisted Living Virtual Tour
There are 91 apartments in the assisted living community. At the core of this area is a full-service dining room and library as well as activity and meeting rooms.
Our personalized supportive services promote independence, dignity, and a holistic approach to care that focuses on mind, body, and spirit. We incorporate a wide range of activities, entertainment, and social programs developed to reflect residents' interests and enhance their health, overall well being, and quality of life.
We offer 91 private assisted living apartments, with 51 traditional units and 40 specifically designed for residents with memory support needs. Respite care is also available. Our program ensures that we know our residents and their families. It provides the information necessary to create the "optimal living environment" for everyone in our assisted living community. In meetings with residents and their families, we are able to develop an enriched and meaningful assisted living experience for every individual.
One of the many benefits we offer is the convenience of not having to travel for medical appointments. Residents may choose to join our onsite primary care practice, which is located in the Health Care Center. Our board-certified, Harvard Medical School-affiliated geriatricians provide continuous, coordinated and seamless care.
