Your Monthly Fee Includes:

The Orchard Cove Contract
- Should you require a permanent transition to either our assistance-in-living unit or our skilled nursing unit, your monthly fee would be replaced by our private rate.
- Payment for in-home/home health services is assumed by the resident.
- If you have a long term care insurance policy, it will continue to work for you at Orchard Cove.
The Orchard Cove LifeCare Option
- The LifeCare Option is Orchard Cove’s long term care insurance plan and is available to those who desire and qualify medically.
- LifeCare gives you the assurance that if you should ever require a permanent transition to either our assistance-in-living or skilled nursing unit, service would be provided through Orchard Cove for only a small additional monthly fee.
- The premium, added to the monthly fee listed above, is $620/month. If a couple moves in with the LifeCare option, the premium for the 2nd person is $130/month.
- There is an additional, one time, 90% Refundable LifeCare Entrance Fee of $18,000 per person.
- Payment for in-home/home health services is assumed by the resident.
