Aline Russotto is the executive director of Orchard Cove, where she oversees the administration and operations of HSL’s award-winning continuing care retirement community in Canton. She has served in a variety of capacities at Orchard Cove for the past 12 years, most recently as associate executive director. She also led the creation of the successful Vitality 360 program through which residents make lifestyle changes that lead not only to improved health, but a richer quality of life..
John Ralston, director of culinary services, is focused on enhancing our residents' quality of life by customizing the dining experience to reflect the tastes, sensibilities and values of this community. He has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His nine years with Hilton, eight years with Marriott, and four years with Hyatt have provided John with a solid food and beverage background in customer service, as well as the banquet, bar, and catering arenas. He enjoys collaborating with the residents to provide the highest level of satisfaction in their dining experiences. John works daily to engage the senses and nourish the bodies and souls of this community.
Diane Hoffmann is the director of member services and oversees all the programming, transportation and fitness services provided at Orchard Cove. She loves working with the various resident committees to design and implement concerts, lectures, entertainment, classes, day trips, and special events to enhance the lifestyles of our residents. Diane's team also provides full-service transportation, allowing our residents to take part in off-campus activities at all times of the day and night.
Dan Camara has been the director of facilities at Orchard Cove for 17 years. His background spans 30 years in commercial, industrial, retail and health-care facilities management. Dan is responsible for the care of the grounds and the many enhancements that continue to make Orchard Cove a beautiful place for our residents.
Katia Ferreira is the housekeeping manager and came to Orchard Cove with more than five years of experience in the hotel industry. Most recently, she held the position of housekeeping manager at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center. Katia takes pride in maintaining the highest possible standards for the cleanliness of Orchard Cove. She oversees weekly apartment cleaning, as well as an annual "deep clean" of each resident's home. She also ensures that all the common areas at Orchard Cove remain spotless.
Michelle Rubinstein has been employed by Orchard Cove for more than three years. A registered nurse, she previously worked in the home-care industry. As Assistance-in-Living Unit resident coordinator, she coordinates and evaluates care needs, meets with families, and organizes support systems for residents.
Deb Symonds, R.N., has been the director of nursing at Orchard Cove since 2005. She is a graduate of Regis College and holds a master's in nursing administration and business management. She brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to Orchard Cove, including many years in a hospital setting. Deb enjoys working with her fabulous staff and taking every opportunity to enhance the lives of the residents who live in skilled nursing.
