Skilled Nursing Care

Orchard Cove's Skilled Nursing Care Center provides comprehensive long-term care as well as short-term recuperative services, to help residents regain optimal levels of recovery and independence following hospital stays.

The center is supported by the acclaimed professional services of Hebrew SeniorLife, a leader in senior care. Board-certified, Harvard Medical School-affiliated geriatricians and geriatric nurse practitioners direct each patient's care. The center is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Our model of care combines an unparalleled medical and rehabilitative team with a soothing environment that provides warm and inviting areas, plenty of natural light, and all the comforts and amenities of home.

Our interdisciplinary team of geriatricians, physicians, geriatric nurse practitioners, rehabilitation specialists, social workers, and certified nurse assistants are passionate about their work and committed to the well-being of patients and their families. We especially consider emotional health to be a significant factor in successful recovery and overall good health, paying close attention to the mental condition of each individual and making sure he or she is involved in the community and engaged in the activities he or she enjoys the most.
