Hebrew SeniorLife Medical Group

Offers specialized geriatric primary care to seniors from the Greater Boston community. Care is provided by Harvard-affiliated certified geriatricians. Adult Day Health Programs 

Provides "Great Days for Seniors" programs at two locations in Boston - Hebrew Rehabilitation Center (HRC) in Roslindale and Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly (JCHE) in Brighton. Hebrew SeniorLife Specialty Care Services

Include a Memory Disorders Clinic, osteoporosis screening and wound care. These services are provided by Hebrew SeniorLife’s Harvard-affiliated Department of Medicine located at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in Boston. Call 888-736-4730

Hebrew SeniorLife Wellness Programs

Available to seniors in communities throughout Massachusetts. Our programs focus on nutrition and other lifestyle issues, including physical and mental fitness.
