Our 159-unit subsidized housing complex for people 62 years of age and older includes 40 efficiency apartments and 119 one-bedroom apartments. All are designed for easy access by handicapped individuals and each contains a 24-hour emergency call system, wall-to-wall carpeting, and individual heat and air conditioning controls.
