NewBridge on the Charles provides a full continuum of care, including an optional onsite Harvard Medical School-affiliated primary medical practice, which makes getting to appointments a breeze.

“The staff couldn’t be kinder and more attentive to the residents. Most important to me, they have kept my dad engaged and social … my dad is happy which makes me thankful.”

For our assisted living and memory care residences, costs are structured as a rental model, with no ”buy-in” or purchase required. Our inclusive monthly pricing covers personal care, all meals, housekeeping, utilities, programming, and more. When moving in, residents pay a one-time community fee that is similar to one month’s rent.

At this time, we are exclusively private pay. Many residents use long-term care insurance to offset the monthly costs of assisted living.

Our finance team routinely provides families with confidential consultations to help determine affordability. To learn more about the cost of living at NewBridge on the Charles, contact our team.
