NewBridge on the Charles Assisted Living and Memory Care
If you have an aging parent or loved one, you may be wondering about how to help ensure their best possible future. It might feel like you’re at the start of a journey on their behalf—but it’s one that you don’t have to take alone.
Drawing on Hebrew SeniorLife’s senior living and health care expertise as a nonprofit affiliate of Harvard Medical School, NewBridge on the Charles provides a fulfilling lifestyle for residents, designed to maximize independence, enabling each to focus on what matters most to them. We also extend ongoing support to residents’ family members.
In addition to personalized assistance with the tasks of daily living, our welcoming community offers:
- Programming designed to fulfill residents’ intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social needs every day. We bring in the best of Boston’s performers, lecturers, and artists, and also arrange trips to cultural and recreational destinations throughout the region.
- A research-based, holistic approach to memory care, when needed, for those with early stage and mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease and/or a related dementia.
- On-site access to a Harvard Medical School-affiliated physician practice open five days a week
- A complete continuum of care right on campus, including rehabilitative care and long-term chronic care, to address each senior’s needs through every stage of life.
