Older adults aged 62+ with mobile vouchers, OR who earn less than the maximum gross income of $69,480 per year (for one person) or $79,440 (for two people) may qualify.

Affordable Housing Eligibility
Residency is open to all age- and income-qualified individuals under Fair Housing guidelines. To qualify, at least one household member must be 62 years or older.
Income Qualifications:
- 16 units are reserved for older adults earning at or below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- 38 units are reserved for older adults earning at or below 60% of AMI

The first residents of 108 Centre Street were selected through a housing lottery on August 21, 2024, conducted in accordance with federal fair housing guidelines.
