The 266 units feature energy efficient heating, cooling and appliances. All apartments are designed for access by handicapped individuals and each has a 24-hour emergency call and check in system. Residency is open to those 62 years of age and older who are income qualified eligible persons in accordance with US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines and the Fair Housing Act which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity, national origin, disability and familial status.
