Applicants for subsidized apartments at Center Communities of Brookline must meet specific income restrictions to be eligible for housing.

The Julian and Carol Feinberg Cohen Residences at 112 Centre Street are part of Center Communities of Brookline, located in Coolidge Corner. You or a member of your household must be 62 years or older to live at Center Communities of Brookline.

The local “Section 8” income limits apply at 112 Centre Street. Applicants must meet specific income restrictions to be eligible for housing.
