Miriam Priven (she/her) works as a palliative care chaplain and life enhancement liaison at Hebrew SeniorLife. She completed four units of clinical pastoral education while working as the LGBTQ+ chaplain resident, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in spiritual care and counseling through the Jewish Theological Seminary. Miriam finds great meaning and joy working in geriatric spiritual care and experiencing life alongside so many teachers.
