As a Hebrew SeniorLife community, residents have access to a full spectrum of support and services that ensure continuity of health care, encourage healthy lifestyles and emphasize wellness.
Our community is designed for older adults who are able to live independently, but desire the security and conveniences of community living. Our community is located on a beautifully landscaped setting off Main Street in Randolph. It offers the friendliness and conveniences of a small town with easy access to nearby shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Simon C. Fireman Community provides housing for extremely low and very low income 62+ adults through the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Our building contains 159 apartments including 119 one-bedroom units and 40 efficiency apartments. All are designed for easy access by handicapped individuals and each has a 24-hour emergency call system.
Residency is open to all age and income qualified eligible persons in accordance with the Fair Housing Act which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity, national origin, disability and familial status.
