At Simon C. Fireman Community, you have access to a full range of support and services that ensure continuity of health care, encourage prevention, and emphasize wellness. You’ll receive priority access to all Hebrew SeniorLife’s Harvard Medical School-affiliated services, including those offered at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in Boston and Dedham.
