Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care Awarded Full Accreditation by Community Health Accreditation Partner
The accreditation supports Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care’s continued eligibility for Medicare certification.
Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care has been awarded full accreditation by the Community Health Accreditation Partner, recognizing the organization’s commitment to the highest standards of excellence in hospice care.
The accreditation follows a rigorous reaccreditation site visit earlier this year. The CHAP Board of Review determined that Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care met or exceeded all standards, granting the organization a three-year term of accreditation effective January 6, 2026, through January 6, 2029.
“This achievement affirms the dedication of our team to providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care,” said Senior Director of Home and Community-Based Services Rebecca Arbouet, MSN-Ed, RNBC. “We are honored to receive this recognition, which underscores our commitment to quality and to the families we serve.”
CHAP accreditation is a mark of excellence recognized nationwide and demonstrates compliance with rigorous standards designed to improve the quality of health care services. In addition, the accreditation supports Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care’s continued eligibility for Medicare certification.
“On behalf of CHAP, I commend Hebrew SeniorLife Hospice Care for its steadfast commitment to excellence,” said CHAP Chief Operating Officer Teresa Harbour. “By earning this accreditation, the organization has shown that it provides care at the highest level of quality and integrity.”
