Jennifer Hughes, M.D. is an internal medicine physician at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in Boston. She received her Bachelor of Arts in biology from Brown University, and her medical degree from McGill University, Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Hughes completed her residency in internal medicine at Boston University Medical Center. She was also a faculty scholar in the Geriatrics Center of Excellence at Boston University from 2002-2003, in the Stanford Faculty Development in End of Life Care in 2002, and in the Harvard Program in Palliative Care Education and Practice in 2004. Dr. Hughes was with Boston Medical Center from 2001-2013, and was most recently a hospitalist in Division of General Internal Medicine, and an assistant professor. She also served as director of palliative care service at Boston Medical Center from 2007-2013. She is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and in palliative and hospice medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
