- Executive Director, Center Communities of Brookline
Rhonda Glyman is the executive director of the Center Communities of Brookline (CCB), which offers senior-friendly apartment living with on-site support services that promote wellness and independence. Rhonda joined Hebrew SeniorLife in 2008 and in her CCB role she leads the planning and operations of CCB's three housing communities that have a wide range of programs, amenities, and support services, such as a Harvard Medical School-affiliated medical practice, fitness center, transportation, social workers, and much more.
Prior to joining the CCB team, Rhonda served as associate executive director at NewBridge on the Charles, Hebrew SeniorLife’s continuing care retirement community in Dedham, Mass. She has more than 35 years of management experience in the telecommunications, hospitality, and health care industries. In addition, she served as project director for a $65 million state-of-the-art educational campus, founded a national award-winning public/private educational partnership, and facilitated effective collaboration among Nevada’s top education, community, and corporate leaders to strengthen education for all students.
