Phyllis is Employee Communication Manager at Hebrew SeniorLife and a member of the Marketing and Communications team. She joined the organization in 2011. In her role, Phyllis guides the development of communications for HSL’s 2,600 employees across the organization’s nine campuses. She works with Lou Woolf, HSL’s President and CEO, on his biweekly employee newsletter called Lou’s Friday Report as well as his twice-a-year employee “road show” called Talk Shop with Lou. Additionally, Phyllis works with Human Resources and other departments to provide strategic advice and guidance for their employee-facing messages.
