Wellness Coach and Coordinator

Rachel Fox, NBC-HWC, is a national board-certified health and wellness coach at the Deanna and Sidney Wolk Center for Memory Health, where she leads the Evergreen Brain Health Coaching Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and psychology from Trinity College in Connecticut.

Rachel’s work focuses on optimizing brain health to prevent cognitive decline and reduce individual risk for dementia, helping people translate research-backed brain health science into realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. Her approach is informed by her research experience at the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research at Hebrew SeniorLife, where she worked closely with older adults and research teams studying aging, cognition, and brain health.

Rachel takes a holistic, partnership-based approach to coaching, meeting patients where they are and supporting them in making changes aligned with their values, goals, and lived experiences. She is passionate about empowering patients and caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to reduce dementia risk, support cognitive health, and enhance overall quality of life.
