Biography

Laurie Manjikian joined Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in 1998 and serves as vice president for rehabilitation services. During her tenure, Laurie has been responsible for the growth of the rehabilitation department from 20 therapists to 125 therapists, and for services that include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and audiology.

Laurie successfully instituted a number of management systems to ensure the acquisition and retention of therapy staff across Hebrew SeniorLife, and to ensure that industry standards in productivity, clinical outcomes, and revenue utilization are achieved. Laurie has successfully conceived and built new programs, such as Therapy House Calls, which fuels overall therapy productivity.
