- Special Projects, Senior Living
Matthew Hollingshead works in a business development role to increase Hebrew SeniorLife’s ability to help seniors live their best lives in the best place while seeking opportunities for business growth. This includes expansion of our replicable model of supportive services for congregate care settings, growing our Vitalize 360 program, and infrastructure leadership for future senior living projects.
Prior to this role, Matt served as executive director of Assisted Living at NewBridge on the Charles. Matt joined HSL in 2016 and under his leadership the NewBridge on the Charles memory care program has become locally renowned for its robust use of expressive therapies for care and support. He also helped oversee and support operations across the broader NewBridge on the Charles campus, including the community life, culinary, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Previously, Matt held a series of leadership positions at another continuing care retirement community in Massachusetts. As a licensed nursing home administrator, his roles included oversight of long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, home health services, memory care, and facility operations.
Matt sits on the public policy and the resident care committees of the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association, and is a trustee of Leading Age Massachusetts.
