Michelle Alpert, M.D. is a consulting physiatrist at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center in Boston and in Dedham. She joined Hebrew SeniorLife in 2008. Dr. Alpert received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and biomedical sciences and her medical degree from the University of Michigan. She completed her internship in internal medicine at McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Dr. Alpert is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and holds an added qualification in spinal cord injury medicine. She has been a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School in the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation since 1995.
