Lynda Giovaniello joined Hebrew SeniorLife in 2016 as a clinical liaison for home and community-based services, facilitating transitions of care for patients from inpatient settings to home, and served as Director of Clinical Liaisons until 2022. She earned her Master’s Degree in Gerontology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, has a background in nursing, and has worked in numerous settings across the health care continuum.
