Hebrew SeniorLife Names Jennifer Rausch Chief People Officer

Jennifer Rausch has been named chief people officer at Hebrew SeniorLife. Rausch brings extensive experience in human resources and people leadership, with deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, compensation, employee engagement, leadership development, and human resources operations.

Prior to joining Hebrew SeniorLife, Rausch spent more than 12 years at Sonesta International Hotels, progressing through senior HR leadership roles before becoming chief people officer in 2021. She led company-wide HR programs spanning benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, training, HRIS, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Earlier, Rausch spent nearly 15 years with Fidelity Investments, holding multiple vice president-level HR roles supporting asset management, technology and client services, and leadership and organizational development. Her responsibilities included workforce strategy, succession and talent reviews, leadership development, performance management, and executive coaching.

Her career also includes HR leadership experience with Holland Mark Martin and Holiday Inn.
