Biography

Maureen Bannan is Vice President for Home and Community-Based Services at Hebrew SeniorLife where she is responsible for the operations of community programs, including certified home health, hospice, adult day health, personal assistance, private care, and the Deanna and Sidney Wolk Center Memory Health.

She joined Hebrew SeniorLife in 2015 with more than 25 years of experience in community based health services, both as a direct care provider and in senior management. Maureen previously held the position of Executive Director for the Walpole Area VNA, a 100-plus-year-old nonprofit VNA, and was vice president of clinical operations for Steward Home Health Care, a multi-site provider of certified home health and hospice services.

Maureen is actively involved with the Massachusetts Home Care Alliance, where she served as immediate past president of the board of directors. She is an advocate for access to community-based health care for all, as well as fair coverage and reimbursement structures.
