Biography

Stephanie Small is the executive director of the Simon C. Fireman Community, a 160-unit HUD- subsidized, senior housing community with supportive services located in Randolph, Massachusetts. In her role, Stephanie is responsible for the overall operations and management of the community, including maintenance, dietary, fitness, administrative, and resident services and ensures the highest quality of care to the residents. She also oversees Hebrew SeniorLife's Right Care, Right Place, Right Time (R3) Initiative, through which Hebrew SeniorLife is working to create a sustainable model of supportive services in affordable housing.

Stephanie joined Hebrew SeniorLife in 2015. Prior to that she worked for more than 20 years in nonprofit leadership roles focused on child welfare and mental health. She has experience with operations, finance, fundraising, program development, and management.
